John’s life changed when he took the Dale Carnegie class in early 2008 where he was awarded by his class as with the Human Relations Award and the Award for Highest Achievement. The change was so dramatic he became a class coach and has continued to become a Trainer and in 2015 an equity partner in Dale Carnegie Training of Houston & Austin.

Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate of Achievement from Villanova University in October 2010.

2010-2015 Replenishment Analyst – Budget more than $100 Million annually.  Responsible for 156 Retail stores.   If you purchased a metal wood from Golfsmith…...I bought it first.

2002-2011 Director of the Golfsmith Clubmakers Training Program – Trained thousands of custom clubmakers the art and science of fitting golf clubs.

1993-1999 Instructor the Harvey Penick Golf Academy – Trained in excess of 15,000 golfers. Getting a person out of their comfort zone and make a physical change in their golf swing requires: Trust.  Consistency of message. Communication skills. Analysis of
