WorkFaith Connection

Taken from website: The WorkFaith Connection's mission is to help people in transition build a new life through work and faith. WorkFaith is a Christ-centered organization that exists to encourage disadvantaged job seekers in their hope for a better future and to equip them with the skills and beliefs to gain employment and lead healthy, productive and spiritually rich lives.

Debbie Godbold is the Development Director at The WorkFaith Connection, a faith based non-profit that helps people in transition build a new life through work and faith.  Debbie feels very fortunate to have been able to be a stay at home mom while their children were young  and enjoyed serving in leadership positions at their church, John Wesley United Methodist Church, The Junior League, National Charity League and in Bible Study Fellowship.  Prior to staying at home, Debbie worked at Talent Tree Personnel Services in sales and branch management.  She is so grateful  that God had a “Part II” planned and prepared for her when their children were out of school and on their own.  It has been a joy and a privilege  to be able to witness the transformation that occurs in those The WorkFaith Connection serves and she loves to tell their stories!  Debbie and her husband, Tom live in the Champions area and have two grown daughters.
