Today our speaker was Rebecca Hutchinson and she spoke to us about the causes and consequences of Diabetes.

Club Announcements

1) Joe Aptaker (excuse my spelling if incorrect) has submitted his application for membership.

2) Quarterly Membership dues are coming up soon.

3) Our exchange student Kivin Lin exchanged club banners with us.

Good News

1) Virginia Carlton - Gwen is doing well and Charlie is doing well. Charlie is driving and they went grocery shopping together. Also, the doctor found out that she broke her leg in addition to her hip.

2) Brandt Smith - It's cold today, but not as cold as the northern part of the country. This is the reason he lives in Texas now.

3) Stan Carr - Survived Christmas again! The club raised $424.73 on the Bell Ringing and beat Bearcreek's challenge because they backed out.

4) Alan Brevard - Was deer hunting this weekend and looked at the wind chill factor where he came from and the wind chill was 7 degrees.
