Today our speaker was Harris County Attorney, Vince Ryan. Mr. Ryan spoke to us about his history in law/politics, the ins and outs of the office and some of the issues the office is facing.

1) Next week is Club Assembly. This is a check in for what's going on in the club.

2) District Membership Seminar is Saturday, July 26th.

Good News

1) Mike Flowers - Mike attended the installation of his former club, Bear Creek. The club won the small chapter of the year award. Mike will be in Italy in 2 months and just booked his first 2015 vacation in Turks and Caicos. Today he has officially lost 41 pounds! Great job! Mike will miss next weeks meeting for the state Little League Tournament.

2) Mike Castro - The city of Jersey Village is conducting a comprehensive planning project right now. The first meeting was last Thursday for the public to attend and give their thoughts and a 150 people showed up.

3) Mike Reiland - His grandson had his first birthday party this past weekend.
