March 4th Club Meeting

Today our speaker was Sandy Johnson from the Harris County Sherriff's Office Auto Theft Task Force. She spoke to us about auto theft crimes in the area and helpful tips to prevent being a victim of auto theft crime.

Club Announcements

1) Mike Castro, let us know that his trip "PETS" went well. The Rotary theme starting for next year is "Engange Rotary, Change Lives."

2) Our District Governor visit will be September 30th.

3) Kathy Schmidt from Reach Unlimited needs our help on Saturday, March 23rd to help pack lunches for SpringFest from 8am-12pm.

4) Officer elections have been made official and Marilyn Farrell will be President-Elect, Alan Brevard will Secretary, and Andrew Walker will be Treasurer.

Good News

1) Alan Brevard - Has recovered from a bad case of pneumonia.

2) Ray Young - Ray's daughter, Faith, invited her to his sorority's Father/Daughter skeet shooting event.

3) Mike Castro - Mike's wife survived a major accident on I-10 and totaled the car, but thankfully she was okay.
