Good News

1) Stan Carr - The Disaster Relief Training last weekend went well with 6 Rotarians in attendance including the District Governor. 26 people total attended. Also, set up a formal understanding with Rotary to set up water supply during disaster relief.

2) Virginia Carlton (just as a joke for those who actually read this thing I accidently typed Marilyn's name instead first, the jokes are starting to become permanent on switching the names) - Donated an Italian Creme Cake for the Bear Creek Rotary auction and there was a bidding war for it and she will be preparing it for the club's meeting on Thursday.

3) Ray Young - his two daughters' semesters have been successful at Baylor and they have maintained their 3.0 GPA to stay on scholarship. In celebration they are going on a family vacation to Playa Del Carmen at an all-inclusive resort, even though Ray wanted to rough it in Big Bend.

4) Marilyn Farrell - Kevin and her went to Baton Rouge to see family and had a big crawfish boil on Saturday and brisket on Sunday.
