Today our speaker was Steve Stelzer from the Green Building Resource Center. Steve spoke to us about how to build and use buildings to use less energy and create less waste.

Club Announcements

1) Leon and Carol Hartman visited us from the North York Rotary Club in Pennsylvania and brought us their club banner.

2) CAM Sack Pack is this Friday the 20th at 5:00pm.

3) Installation Dinner is Monday, June 30th at 6:30 located at the Saltgrass on Hwy 290.

4) Please sell briskets for the brisket fundraiser.

5) If you have not paid your dues please pay them soon.

Good News

1) Ray Young - Thank you to Alan for coming by his house at 5:45am to take Kivin to the airport.

2) Alan Brevard - His son has been on a mission trip in Florida this week and Alan made it through the week still married to his wife.

3) Mike Castro - Congratulations to the San Antonio Spurs for winning the Championship.

4) Gwen Durrenberger - Gwen received an email from Anna who lives in Spain. She was a former exchange student and her message was beautiful.

5) Mike Flowers - His good news is no news, but will donate two dollars.

6) Mike Reiland - His mother's 86th birthday was this week and she still feels 19. This could be a concern.

7) Leon Hartman - His wife and him were brought here in March after he found out he had cancer. After treatment at MD Anderson he found out his cancer had shrunk. He is staying in town with his sons. He was able to have his first father's day together with them in 25 years.

8) Jerry Albrecht - Spent vacation time in Mexico with the grandchildren. They had fun on the beach, swimming with the dolphins and stingrays.
