Today our speaker was Liz Bear from Boys and Girls Country. Liz spoke to us about what Boys and Girls Country does and what we can do to help them.

Club Announcements

1) Our grand prize winner of the $5,000 raffle at our Fundraiser was Chris Echols and he attended the meeting.

2) The Rotary Christmas Party is coming up on Saturday, December 14th at the Reilands. 4-8PM

3) Please pay your quarterly dues.

4) The CAM Christmas Sack Pack is coming up Saturday, December 14th at 9:00am.

5) An announcement was made for 3 new membership applications for Mike Flowers, Curtis LaMontagne, and Walt Zanek.

6) Alan Brevard is looking for a host family for our exchange student for the beginning of next year.

7) The Fundraiser grossed about $19,000 and will net about $12,000. Ray Young sold the most tickets and won the weekend at the Lakehouse.

8) December 7th is the interviews for the new Exchange Students. If you are interested let Mike Castro or Alan Brevard know.

Good News

1) Mike Flowers - His home owner's association has their fall planting and they take advantage of the 70% off sale. They will plant 85 trees, 100 knockout roses and other bushes. Happy that his wine was the 2nd highest bid at the auction. Mike and his wife booked their first vacation of 2014 this morning to go to St. John.

2) Mike Castro - His native football team the Oakland Raiders won. Thankful for the Interact members that showed up for CAM on Friday. There will be times when they ask us for help and would like for us to help them.

3) Gwen Durrenberger - Thank you to Marilyn for a great Fundraiser and she had a great time.

4) Stan Carr - The Bear Creek/Copperfield has challenged us to see who can raise the most money by ringing the Salvation Army Bell.

5) Virginia Carlton - Her new best friend is Chris Echols who won the raffle and she is going to make him a member.

6) Justin Baker - Justin passed the Bar Exam!
