Speaker

Today the speaker was Casey Stawicki and he spoke to us about crime prevention and how not to be a victim.

Club Announcements

1) This is Rotary Foundation month.

2) Sell Raffle Tickets ahead of time.

3) Fundraiser Meeting is next Tuesday, October 30th at 5:30pm.

Good News

1) Justin Jenkins - Taylor is fully potty trained after less than a week of training.

2) Gwen Durrenberger - Enjoyed the club social at Marilyn's

3) Andrew Walker - Enjoyed the CAM sack pack.

4) Charlie Durrenberger - The University of Texas won.

5) Ray Young - we sent 2 interactors to RYLA last year and would like the board to continue to support them.

6) Casey Stawicki - son just took up the field of long-haul truck driving

7) My recording messed up at this point and I may have missed a couple of good news. If so, I apologize.

Joe is visting local Rotary clubs to raise money for HIV positive Orphans from the Interact Club of Trinity Mission School and Naivasha Rotary Club - Kenya. They need to raise $22,000 to complete classrooms and buy beds for the orphanage.  www.savechildkenya.org or call Joe at 804-539-8892
